It is natural to want to be happy. If we find ourselves unhappy, we have a choice. Do we get angry and blame others? Or do we take responsibility for our own happiness?
Which bits of your life are you taking personal responsibility for? And which are you delegating to others to sort out? Have you got the balance right?
When we project, we push the responsibility for our being onto someone else. We do it to avoid suffering. But, in fact, we end up losing touch with reality, and creating more suffering.
