What does it mean to be right here, right now?
In everything we do, we have a choice as to how we do it. Will we continue to be busy and distracted, or will we take the time to be mindful?
We get too protective over our ‘self image’. The ‘self’ we are protecting may not even exist.
We can get stuck in blaming and frustration, until we realise that it gets us nowhere. Eventually, we experience a shift in consciousness.
When we argue, we are vulnerable. We need to take time to heal ourselves before we re-engage.
We project, we hide, we find other things to do. But sometimes we need to engage, to be present.
