Anger and anxiety are based on an illusory, egoic view of the self. If we can lose this false sense of self, we can reduce our anxiety and anger.
We all have a tendency to blame others and position ourselves defensively. By changing this habit, we can make ourselves healthier and happier.
We make ourselves suffer when we (1) put our ‘self’ before others, (2) fear loss to that invented ‘self’, and (3) pin the blame on someone else.
