To manage overwhelming emotions, we can get busy on distracting activities, or we can work inwardly on ourselves. Both are effective, but learning to manage our emotions inwardly may have more long-term success.
We can control anxiety by moderating our tendency to become attached to patterns and concepts that don’t suit.
Anxiety can be caused by conflicts of ideas. Therefore, we need to spend time exploring the different ideas that make up our minds.
