We are beings of balance. Rest is whatever compensates for, or is ‘opposite to’, an activity.
We need to balance our emotional wellbeing, and getting things done. It’s not ‘either or’, it’s ‘both and’. We need to dance with life.
When we blame chaotically, we are very disturbed by others. When we organise our response, things become clearer and more peaceful.
There are two contrasting forces in us and in the universe. One wants us to be free and new; the other wants us to be safe and stable. Our job is to balance the two.
